Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)

Closure of the great saphenous vein. Bulging tributaries resolve within weeks; the aching and heaviness resolve sooner. ~25 minutes, walk-out.

Sclerotherapy

Spider and reticular veins on thighs and calves. Typically 1–3 sessions, each 15 minutes, with cumulative clearing over 4–8 weeks.

VenaSeal™ closure

Medical-adhesive closure with no compression stockings and no downtime. Most patients return to normal activities the same afternoon.
